•  By our nature as an SDF Agency, we manage and co-ordinate the entire skills development function on behalf of our customer base, which include but is not limited to learnerships, skills programmes and outcomes based training per se.  Note, that we only make use of accredited training providers.
•  As a result of the interrelationship between WSP and EE reports, we extend our services to incorporate employment equity reports as well as the co-ordination of the EE committee.
• One of the functions is to help employers unlock their mandatory grants from their respective SETA’s (50% of their 1% levy of payroll). 
• We complete and submit Workplace Skills Plans on behalf of our customer base and co-ordinate the functioning of their training committees – in accordance with their HR departments if need be.
• Further, we are functioning in collaboration with an ESDA (Employment and Skills Development Agency) to secure additional funding for training interventions at our customer base – recently Department of Labour made available a further 3.2 Billion Rand for this.
